Blood fat levels may predict ED drug success
NCT ID NCT07479901
First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test measuring certain fats (the atherogenic index) can predict how well the drug tadalafil works for men with erectile dysfunction caused by blood vessel problems. About 132 men over 40 will take tadalafil daily for one month. Researchers will compare their blood test results with improvements in erectile function to see if the index can forecast treatment success.
