Summary
This trial tests whether a mild electrical current applied to the brain during spine tumor surgery can lower anxiety afterward. Adults aged 18 to 65 scheduled for elective intraspinal tumor removal will receive either real or sham stimulation for 20 minutes right after anesthesia. Researchers will track anxiety scores, pain, sleep quality, and recovery for up to three months after surgery.
