Mild brain zaps may boost memory in lewy body dementia

Summary

This study tests a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation method called tACS to see if it safely improves thinking and memory in people with Lewy body dementia. Forty participants will receive either real or placebo stimulation for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and other mental skills, along with safety and blood biomarkers.
