First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs—atezolizumab (helps the immune system fight cancer) and cabozantinib (blocks cancer growth)—can control osteosarcoma that has returned or spread. About 40 adolescents and young adults (age 12+) whose cancer did not respond to standard treatments will receive the combination. The goal is to see if this approach can slow or stop the cancer from growing.
