Can a tablet game rewire the brain and ease autism symptoms?

NCT ID NCT07326423

Summary

This study is testing whether a tablet-based brain training game, called Mental Imagery Therapy for Autism (MITA), can help improve language and thinking skills in young children with autism. Sixty children, aged 2 to 5, will either use the MITA app alongside their usual therapy or receive only their usual therapy. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the app leads to greater improvements in developmental milestones.
