Summary

This study tested a drug called TA-650 in 31 children with Kawasaki disease whose fever did not go away after standard IVIG treatment. The goal was to see if TA-650 could safely reduce fever and prevent heart artery damage better than another control drug. The trial is complete, and results focus on how quickly fever dropped and whether heart problems occurred.
