First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether T10430 eye drops can safely slow the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 6 to 12. Myopia often starts in childhood and can lead to serious eye problems later in life. The trial will measure side effects and how well the drops control eye growth over time.
