Summary
This study tests a treatment called WU-CART-007 for people with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses donor immune cells that are modified to find and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to see if the treatment can make the cancer disappear completely, including any tiny traces left behind.
