Experimental immune therapy targets Tough-to-Treat sarcomas
NCT ID NCT04044768
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized immune cell therapy can help control advanced synovial sarcoma or myxoid liposarcoma. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them to recognize cancer, and infuse them back. The trial will measure how well tumors shrink and monitor side effects in about 52 eligible patients.
