Scientists train Patients' own cells to hunt advanced breast cancer

NCT ID NCT05989828

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new treatment for advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has come back or stopped responding to standard therapies. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand the side effects of this personalized cell therapy.
