Summary
This early-phase study tests a cell therapy called T-allo10 given after a special stem cell transplant in children and young adults with blood cancers. The goal is to see if it safely helps rebuild the immune system faster without causing severe graft-versus-host disease. About 22 participants will receive different doses to find the best one.
