Summary

This study tests a powerful mix of chemotherapy drugs, including nelarabine, for people with untreated T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. About 160 participants will receive the treatment to see how well it controls the cancer and what side effects occur. The goal is to improve remission rates and long-term survival.
