Summary

This study aims to discover what causes systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) and find markers that can predict how the disease will progress or respond to treatment. Researchers will collect and analyze blood, skin, and DNA samples from 150 patients in Sweden. The goal is to identify specific genes, proteins, and immune cells linked to the disease to help develop better future treatments and diagnostic tools.
