Summary

This clinical trial is testing whether a new drug called SYS6090, when combined with standard chemotherapy or other targeted therapies, is safe and effective for people with advanced lung cancer. The study will enroll about 600 adults with either non-small cell or small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured by surgery or radiation. Researchers will closely monitor how patients respond to the treatment and track any side effects.
