Summary
This study is testing a new CAR-T cell therapy called SYS6055 for adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can help control the cancer. Researchers will also track how the body responds to the treatment and look for signs of its effectiveness.
