New hope for Tough-to-Treat esophageal cancer

Summary
This study is testing if an experimental drug called SYS6010 works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has worsened after at least one prior treatment. About 436 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either SYS6010 or a chemotherapy chosen by their doctor. The main goals are to see which treatment better controls the cancer's growth and helps people live longer.
