Summary

This study tests a new drug called SYS6010 against standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HER2-negative, EGFR-positive) that has come back or spread. About 400 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either SYS6010 or one of several standard chemo drugs. The goal is to see if SYS6010 can slow cancer growth better than current treatments.
