Summary

This study looks at patients who had a heart injury after noncardiac surgery, a common and serious complication. The goal is to see if referring them to heart specialists for preventive care is practical and can reduce future heart events. The study will enroll 100 participants to test recruitment and treatment adherence, paving the way for a larger trial.
