New disc implant tracked for neck pain relief

Summary
This study looks at how well the Synergy Disc works for people with worn discs in the neck causing pain or nerve problems. About 50 adults who already have or will get the disc will be followed for a year. Researchers will measure pain and disability improvements and check for any serious side effects.
