Summary
This study was designed to collect real-world information on the safety and effectiveness of the Synergy Disc, a device used to treat degenerative disc disease in the neck. It planned to include adults who had already received or were scheduled to receive the disc. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
