New cell therapy SYNCAR-100 targets stubborn leukemia in early trial

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called SYNCAR-100 for adults with a type of leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment is given once a week for four weeks. The main goals are to check safety and see if it helps control the disease. Up to 16 people will take part, and they will be followed for at least a year to monitor health and survival.
