New SYNC-T therapy shows promise for tough prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called SYNC-T therapy (SV-102) in 70 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants will receive the therapy and be monitored for side effects and cancer response.
