Summary
This study tests a new dietary supplement containing probiotics and prebiotics (a synbiotic) for vaginal health. Researchers will give the supplement or a placebo to 200 healthy women aged 21-60 to see if the probiotic strains reach the vagina and how they affect the vaginal microbiome. The goal is to understand if this supplement can support a healthy vaginal environment.
