Summary
This study tests a web-based program called I-TOPS designed to help adolescents and young adults (ages 11-39) with genetic syndromes improve problem-solving, self-control, and communication. Participants and a parent or caregiver complete online modules and video sessions with a therapist. The goal is to see if this family-centered approach can ease daily challenges and boost quality of life.
