Summary

This study tests a family-centered online program called I-TOPS for adolescents and young adults (ages 11-39) with genetic syndromes that affect the brain. The program aims to improve problem-solving, self-control, and communication skills through home-based modules and video chats with a psychologist. Researchers will measure changes in behavior and thinking skills reported by participants and their caregivers. The goal is to see if this telehealth approach is practical and effective for this group.
