Summary
This study tests an oral drug called SYN-004 in 36 adults who have had a bone marrow transplant and need strong antibiotics. The goal is to see if SYN-004 is safe, protects the gut's healthy bacteria, and helps prevent serious infections. Participants take SYN-004 along with their antibiotics to see if it reduces side effects and improves outcomes.
