App-Based monitoring may prevent weight loss in head and neck cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether using a smartphone app to regularly report symptoms can help doctors catch problems early and reduce weight loss in patients receiving radiation for head and neck cancer. About 192 adults will be followed for 3 months after treatment. The goal is to see if remote monitoring leads to better nutrition and fewer complications.
