Summary

This study is testing a new surgical system (Symphony™) to correct abnormal curves in the neck (cervical deformity) in 100 adults. The goal is to see if the surgery improves pain, neck function, and quality of life. Participants will have their neck bones fused using special screws and rods, and will be followed for up to two years.
