New cholesterol injection enters first human safety tests

Summary
This is the first study in people to test the safety and effects of a new injection called SYH2070. It will be given to 48 healthy volunteers who have high levels of certain fats in their blood. The main goal is to see how safe it is and how the body processes it, while also checking if it lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
