Summary

This study tests an experimental injection called SYH2070 in 18 adults with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH), a rare genetic condition causing extremely high cholesterol. Participants must already be on stable cholesterol-lowering treatment and will receive the injection on top of their usual care.
