Summary
This study tested a new injectable drug, SYH2053, in 156 adults with high cholesterol or mixed lipid problems. The goal was to see how well it lowers 'bad' LDL cholesterol compared to a placebo or an active drug. Participants followed a low-fat diet and either took stable cholesterol medication or none before joining.
