Summary
This study tested a new injection called SYH2053 in 156 adults with high cholesterol. The goal was to see if it lowers bad cholesterol (LDL-C) better than a placebo or an existing treatment. Participants followed a low-fat diet and either took their usual cholesterol meds or none before joining.
