Summary

This study looks at whether switching from daily oral antipsychotic pills to a monthly injection of paliperidone palmitate can better control schizophrenia symptoms and improve social functioning. About 120 adults with stable schizophrenia will take part. The goal is to see if the injection offers a simpler, more effective way to manage the condition long-term.
