NCT ID NCT07454837
First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether switching from the current drug bulevirtide to a new one called brelovitug can better control chronic hepatitis Delta. About 120 adults who have been on bulevirtide for at least 6 months will take brelovitug and be monitored for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the virus becomes undetectable, while also checking for side effects.
