Summary
This study aims to understand why healthcare workers and family caregivers stay in or leave their roles, and how it affects their well-being. It will follow 6000 participants in Switzerland over time by collecting information about their work, career paths, and personal health. The goal is to gather knowledge to help improve support for these essential groups and strengthen the healthcare system.
