First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tested how a low-intensity swimming drill (tethered swimming) changes the way teen swimmers move during front crawl. Thirty-two competitive adolescent swimmers did both tethered and free swimming, and their body movements were measured with a small device. The goal was to see if this type of training could improve swimming technique.
