Summary
This study aims to understand how quickly sodium appears in sweat when people exercise in hot conditions. Researchers will monitor 40 healthy, regular exercisers during three separate workout sessions in a controlled climate chamber. The goal is to gather data on sweat rate and sodium concentration to improve knowledge about hydration and athlete safety.
