Summary

This study tested how well a new sweat sensor (hDrop) measures sweat rate and sodium compared to lab methods. Twenty healthy adults exercised in a warm room while wearing both the sensor and standard collection patches. The goal was to see if the sensor is accurate and reliable for tracking sweat during exercise.
