NCT ID NCT07373028
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple swallowing training program can help older adults with mild swallowing difficulties. Researchers want to see if these exercises improve swallowing safety, reduce daily choking incidents, and enhance quality of life. The trial will involve 474 community-dwelling seniors who will either receive the training program or continue with their usual care.
