NCT ID NCT07365046
First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study will closely examine how the throat and upper esophagus work during swallowing in 160 adults who have swallowing difficulties or signs of extraesophageal reflux. Researchers will use a special probe to measure pressure and flow in the throat over 24 hours. The goal is to better understand these conditions, not to test a new treatment.
