Summary
This study aims to see which of three specific swallowing exercises works best to improve swallowing ability in stroke patients who have developed dysphagia (swallowing difficulties). Researchers will compare the Mendelsohn maneuver, effortful swallow training, and the Shaker exercise in 104 adult stroke patients. The goal is to find the most effective approach to help patients swallow more safely and reduce risks like lung infections.
