Simple swaddle may soothe tiny babies on breathing machines

This study looks at whether swaddling and holding newborns in a curled position (like in the womb) can reduce pain, stress, and discomfort during nasal CPAP, a breathing aid. About 114 premature babies will be randomly assigned to receive this gentle positioning or standard care. Researchers will measure pain, stress, and comfort using special scales.
