Tiny stitch change could ease painful jaw lock after wisdom teeth removal
NCT ID NCT07327762
Summary
This study aims to see if a small change in how surgeons tie their stitches can help patients recover more comfortably after wisdom tooth removal. It will compare two knot-tying techniques to find out which one better reduces common side effects like jaw stiffness and facial swelling. The trial will involve 60 healthy adults having their lower wisdom teeth removed.
