Summary

This study looks at whether a special training program can help nursing students learn to be more sustainable in their work. About 107 students will be randomly assigned to either receive the training or continue with their usual education. Researchers will measure changes in their attitudes and actual behaviors around waste, supplies, water, and energy use during clinical rotations.
