Suspension training put to the test: can it match treadmill Warm-Ups?
NCT ID NCT07215052
Summary
This study aims to find out if a suspension training warm-up works as well as a traditional treadmill walk before a fitness test. Researchers will compare how 15 active young adults perform after each type of warm-up. The goal is to see if both methods lead to similar peak fitness levels and heart/lung responses.
