Summary

This study is a nationwide survey asking ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctors in Turkey about their experiences with and feelings of safety from workplace violence. Researchers will send an anonymous online questionnaire to 450 ENT specialists and residents to understand how common violence is and what kind of support hospitals provide. The goal is to gather information that can help create better safety policies and prevention strategies for healthcare workers.
