Summary
This study is testing a new 3D surgical navigation system called 'RUS NE' for robotic kidney tumor removal. It aims to see if the system helps surgeons operate more precisely, potentially removing less healthy kidney tissue and improving patient recovery. The study will compare outcomes for about 80 patients who have surgery with the new system to those who had the standard procedure.
