New navigation tool aims to speed up kidney cancer surgery

Summary

This study tests a new surgical navigation system called RUS NE in people having robot-assisted surgery to remove kidney tumors. The goal is to see if it can shorten the operation time by 10% compared to standard surgery. About 204 adults with kidney tumors up to 7 cm will take part across 6 hospitals in South Korea.
