Summary

This study looks at whether teaching better body mechanics, taking short stretch breaks during surgery, and doing a quick pre-surgery planning session can reduce muscle pain in OBGYN doctors and trainees. About 50 participants will report their pain levels and how it affects their work. The goal is to find simple ways to prevent work-related injuries.
