Summary
This study looks at whether a surgical briefing protocol can help operating room teams communicate better and create a stronger safety culture. About 30 healthcare professionals (nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists) will be trained on the protocol and asked to fill out surveys before and after. The goal is to see if this simple change can improve teamwork and patient safety.
