Summary

This study looks at whether a surgical briefing protocol can improve communication and safety among operating room staff. Thirty healthcare professionals (nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists) will be trained on the protocol and asked to complete surveys before and after. The goal is to see if the protocol helps create a stronger culture of safety in the surgical environment.
