Arm nerve pain study: does surgery beat waiting?

Summary
This study compares surgery to non-surgical care for people with a pinched nerve in the upper arm (proximal median nerve compression). About 160 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see if surgery provides better symptom relief after 6 months.
